Luisa Ramos, Head of Networks for Latin America North & Caribbean. Dedicated to creating high performing, future proof and sustainable network solutions for our customers through our market recognized best in class products, mix of global and local competence and focus on AI capabilities.
My current focus is on introducing 5G networks in our region with special emphasis on
performance, monetization and sustainability, making sure our countries in Latin America
can benefit from top market best practices.
During the last 18 years I’ve worked both in the Operator leading engineering teams and for
the last 12 years in Ericsson in a variety of roles from Service Delivery, Radio Expertise, Pre Sales and most recently leading the networks organization. I’m passionate about working on
solutions that both fit our current needs in Latam but in the same time allow the
enablement of innovation that I’m certain will lead to economic progress and the reduction
of our existing digital divide.
Beyond my work in engineering, I am passionate about sustainability and the environment.
