As a strategic liaison between enterprise clients and corporate leadership, I amplify customer voices by translating operational challenges into actionable engineering and product strategies. My work empowers cross-functional teams to strengthen executive relationships and deliver measurable value across organizations of all sizes. Previously as Data, AI & Gaming Director at a multinational cloud solutions provider, I launched 3 new business verticals with defined success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), built a member mentorship program boosting technical certification rates, and drove cultural transformation through ambassador programs. During my tenure as Solutions Architect at AWS/Microsoft (Mexico/Canada), I engineered industry-first innovations like facial recognition systems for hospitality check-ins, AI-powered sentiment analysis for 911 and suicide prevention hotlines, and data analysis to create an alternative to chemotherapy. A passionate advocate for diversity in STEM, I co-founded multiple Women in Technology initiatives across LATAM and Canada that have supported 850+ professionals through skill-building workshops and leadership development programs.
