Julio Villalobos is Partner at Analysys Mason, with over 20 years of experience across technology-intensive industries including Telecommunications, Software, Media and Finance.


Previously, he was founder and Managing Partner of Axon Partners Group, a venture capital and strategy consulting firm. He has also co-founded several digital ventures, including mobile applications Wisser and Chaptter.


He combines senior management consulting experience with a hands-on entrepreneurial background, having founded companies, directed software teams, and worked at the intersection of technology and business transformation.


Julio has assisted corporations and governments across 25+ countries, with a particular focus on Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.


He holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and Columbia University, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Málaga.


Julio is proficient in English & Spanish and Fluent in French & German.
