Speaker Bio

I founded and lead Centro-i for the Society of the Future, an independent think tank dedicated to building a responsible, ethical, and inclusive technological future.


With a PhD in Economics, I am also an ALI 2023 Harvard Fellow, furthering my commitment to shaping a brighter tech landscape.


My experience as a former commissioner at Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute has honed my expertise in the intricacies of the tech landscape. I'm proud to be a member of UNESCO's Women4 Ethical Artificial Intelligence, and AI Experts Without Borders, where I contribute to shaping AI ethics on a global scale.


Recognized for my commitment to addressing the digital-technological gender gap, I served as an expert at CSW67 United Nations. In 2023, I was honored to be named a finalist for the Women in AI of the Year North America Award. As the co-founder and inaugural chair of the ITU-WSIS Champion Awardee Conectadas, I've worked tirelessly to promote digital inclusion and empowerment for women.
