Speaker Bio

Jerónimo is responsible for the engineering and operations of AT&T Mexico’s network, aiming to strengthen the leadership position its mobile network has in the country, as well as to lead the evolution and monetization opportunities of its infrastructure. He is also in charge of AT&T Mexico’s technological transformation, seeking to achieve operational efficiency. 


He has held key roles across AT&T. Some of his achievements are that he transformed the IT team into a business-oriented department, changing work dynamics through the adoption of agility, defining a structure aligned with business units, and establishing a culture of transparency and collaboration. 


With over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has held various roles in engineering and operations at AT&T, including network operations, mobile network planning and engineering, network experience and performance, data analytics, IT architecture, and technology implementations. 


Jerónimo has been recognized twice as one of the Top 100 CIOs by CIO Mexico. Additionally, he has been recognized for four consecutive years by HITEC as one of the 50 Technology Leaders in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. 


Jerónimo is an Engineer in Computer Systems from the Instituto Tecnologico de Queretaro and holds an MBA from Universidad Iberoamericana.
