The digital future is not guaranteed; the deployment of connectivity for economic development will require decisions that promote investment, incentivize efficient network use, and address changes in consumption patterns that accompany innovation and new user needs.
This session will seek to define the necessary policy and regulatory decisions to strengthen connectivity networks and ensure investment in connectivity infrastructure in Latin America that promotes economic growth.
