David Santibanez is CEO and Founder of Moabits, a company focused on helping mobile operators and enterprises scale IoT connectivity across Latin America. Since founding the company in 2020, he has worked closely with operators and integrators to turn connectivity into real, monetisable deployments, particularly in sectors such as smart metering, payments, security, and industrial IoT.


Through Moabits’ Orion platform, Moabits enables multi-operator orchestration, eSIM SGP.32, and real-time connectivity management, helping partners reduce operational complexity and accelerate revenue.


David is also focused on how AI will reshape connectivity management. He believes enterprises will increasingly rely on AI agents to manage connectivity, and that platforms must evolve to become more intelligent, programmable, and ready for agent-driven environments. Based in Medellín, Colombia, he brings a practical perspective on how operators can unlock new revenue streams in IoT and 5G.
