Hi, I'm Onofre Tamargo — a telecom and technology enthusiast with more than 20 years of international experience. My journey started as a Telecom Engineer at Orange in France, took me to the Dominican Republic as a Core Network Consultant with Orange Dominicana, and then brought me to Mexico, where I led Latin America operations for Alcatel/TCL and UNISOC, working side by side with operators across the region. In 2020 I co-founded S4IoT, a Mexican startup that helps companies embrace digital transformation through IoT, 5G and AI solutions — our small step to build a smarter, more sustainable planet.
