Cybersecurity professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting, auditing, compliance, and cybersecurity risk management. She is currently Customer Security Director for Ericsson in Latin America, focused on helping operators and customers in the telecommunications sector identify cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy risks, as well as define the controls and requirements needed across projects and commercial processes.
Her background combines strategic vision, technical knowledge, and practical experience in auditing, compliance, risk management, and information security for critical infrastructures. Throughout her career, she has developed solid expertise in frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000, NIST, GDPR, NESAS, as well as the European NIS2 Directive and Cybersecurity Act.
She holds the international security certifications CISM, CISA, and CRISC, is a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 and ISO 20000, and has a Master’s degree in IT Law. She is also a member of the Advisory Group of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity, ENISA, and has contributed to European and national initiatives related to 5G cybersecurity certification, resilience, and trust in the digital ecosystem.
