Nicolas Forster is a Business Development Director at GSMA Industry Services, where he leads commercial engagement across the Americas, working closely with mobile operators, MVNOs, and ecosystem partners.
With over seven years at GSMA and extensive experience in the mobile and digital industry, Nicolas focuses on helping organisations leverage GSMA’s industry-led solutions to address key challenges around device intelligence, network enablement, interoperability, and fraud prevention.
Throughout his role, he has supported operators and partners in adopting scalable, standardised approaches to improve device–network interactions, accelerate service rollout, and enhance customer experience. His work spans multiple domains, including device data, compatibility, entitlement management, and telecom fraud mitigation.
Nicolas brings a strong combination of commercial strategy and technical understanding, enabling him to bridge business objectives with complex industry frameworks. He is actively engaged with operators and stakeholders across North America and Latin America, contributing to the adoption of GSMA-driven initiatives that shape the evolution of the mobile ecosystem.
