Registration Information

Is there a registration fee?  

No, M360 Eurasia is free to attend. However, if you have received a registration code, please enter it during registration to help us personalize your experience and ensure a smooth process. 

Can I register upon arrival at a help desk? 

No, we no longer offer onsite physical registration support, so please ensure you're fully registered before arriving at the venue for a seamless event experience. 

Can I register for more than one person?  

Each attendee must register individually and complete their own pass. All attendees must log into their account and provide the required personal information. Entry will be refused if this information is not submitted and verified before arrival at the venue. 

Is there a minimum age to attend M360 Eurasia?  

Yes, the minimum age to attend MWC is 16 years of age as mentioned in the M360 Series terms and conditions.  

GSMA acknowledges that there may be circumstances in which an Attendee has to bring a Minor to an Event in the absence of adequate childcare. Any Attendee who wishes to bring a Minor to an Event due to the absence of adequate childcare, must promptly request prior approval from GSMA (such approval being granted at GSMA’s sole discretion). Networking Badge

At the event you will be given the option to print out a badge with your name and company noted. We find that delegates find this useful at events for networking purposes. 

Digital Access Pass 

What is a Digital Access Pass 

The Digital Access Pass will replace the printed badge that you would have received at previous events. It contains the same information as a badge and includes a QR code. It will be accessible on the MWC Series App and from the registration system on the “Attendee Reg Home Page”.

All attendees will need to show their Digital Access Pass on arrival at the Venue. GSMA and the Venue may offer an onsite badge printing facility at the registration desk.

Visa and Travel

Do I require a visa to enter Uzbekistan? 

Visa-free entry is available for the following nationalities: 

Unlimited Period: Citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine  

  • 60 Days: Citizens of Kyrgyzstan  
  • 30 Days: Citizens from all European Union member states, as well as countries like Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and others 
  • 10 Days: Citizens of Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Kuwait, and Oman 

 We recommend verifying visa requirements in advance by visiting https://e-visa.gov.uz/application  

Travelers from countries not eligible for visa-free entry can apply for an electronic visa (e-visa) valid for stays up to 30 days. The e-visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, allowing a single entry into Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan does not offer a visa-on-arrival service.

Where is the event taking place? 

The event will be held at the Intercontinental, Tashkent Shakhrisabz Street 2, 100000, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 

How to get there by public transport 

Amir Temur Metro Station is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance (approximately 1 km). The Severniy (Northern) Railway Station is situated approximately 3.9 km away. 

Are hotel discounts available? 

Yes, the GSMA has secured a special rate for classic rooms at the Intercontinental Tashkent, the venue for the event. Attendees can book a King or Twin room (subject to availability) at a rate of $289 USD (3,811,050 UZS) per night for stays between 19 - 22 May 2025.

Cancellation policy: Cancelling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) before 48 hrs will result in no charge. In case of non-arrival or cancellation after 6:00PM (local hotel time) 2 days prior to arrival date, cancellation fee will be deducted from your credit card/any other method of payment for all reserved nights. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. 

Is first aid available on-site? (Emergency contacts, medical assistance) 

Please be advised that, in accordance with regulations, hotels are not authorized to provide medical services. In case of an emergency, the venue's reception team will contact an ambulance.

Will the event be live-streamed or available on-demand?  

No, the event will not be live-streamed or recorded. In-person attendance is required to access sessions, networking opportunities, and exclusive content.
