Speaker Bio

Polina Chernikova leads Android Partnerships across the Growth Markets region, covering Türkiye, Israel, Central Asia, and Ukraine. Since relocating to Dubai in 2022, she has been responsible for the strategic development of the Android ecosystem, focusing on scaling Google’s platform innovations and driving digital transformation in some of the world’s most dynamic economies.


A 10+ years Google veteran, Polina is currently at the forefront of integrating AI-driven experiences, including Gemini, into the regional mobile landscape. Her work centers on building high-impact strategic alliances with key telecom partners to bridge the gap between global product roadmaps and local infrastructure, accelerating the adoption of next-generation AI and mobile services.


Polina joined Google in 2014, initially leading Android Partnerships for Russia and CIS. She holds an MBA from the Higher School of Economics and has completed executive education at INSEAD, specializing in Corporate Governance and Leadership.
