Jabbor Kayumov is the Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan, a role he began in April 2026. Prior to that, Jabbor served as Chief Executive Officer for the Telco Business at Beeline Kazakhstan. Jabbor also held leadership roles across multiple international companies, including serving as CEO of Ncell in Nepal and leading Digicel’s operations in Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago, where he oversaw their transformation into digital operators.
