Begüm Tuğçe Burhan has been working at the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority since 2019 and currently serves as an expert in the Data Security Department.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Atılım University and a master’s degree in Forensic Informatics from Gazi University.
Her work focuses on data protection law, data breach assessments, and the technical aspects of personal data processing.
In her presentation, she will address the topic from a data protection perspective.
