Speaker Bio
Vahan Hovsepyan is a Senior Community and Public Policy Advisor at the RIPE NCC, focusing on stakeholder engagement, public policy, Internet governance, IXPs, and Internet infrastructure development. He works with RIPE NCC members, governments, academic institutions and industry development organisations to support cooperation and capacity building in the Internet ecosystem. Vahan also leads the Central Asia Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF) and Internet Measurement Day initiatives at the RIPE NCC. He holds an EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and has completed executive education at Maastricht School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School.
