Natalya brings over 10 years of experience as a commercial and product leader, driving growth, digital transformation and market expansion across B2B SaaS, FinTech and EdTech in emerging markets.


Natalya recently joined Finmedia, a telecom-enabled digital services company working at the intersection of telecommunications, digital communication and fintech, as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she leads and helps with the development and growth of telecom-based digital products, including AI-powered Voice Assistant solution and airtime lending service.


Prior to Finmedia, she led business development at BILLZ, a B2B SaaS platform for retail businesses, where she contributed to the company’s growth and market expansion in Central Asia. She also brings entrepreneurial experience as the founder of an EdTech startup and co-founder of a UNDP-supported accelerator designed to empower women entrepreneurs.


She is an alumna of the Plug and Play acceleration program and TechWomen 2017, with a continued focus on entrepreneurship, technology, innovation and the development of digital ecosystems in Central Asia.
