Ayhan Kapusuz is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of i2i Systems, bringing more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions. Since co-founding the company in 2007, Ayhan has led i2i Systems’ growth into a globally recognized provider of Telco OSS/BSS and 5G network solutions, serving communication service providers across multiple regions.



Prior to establishing i2i Systems, Ayhan held leadership and operational roles at international technology and consulting companies, where he gained extensive expertise in customer operations, telecom software, and large-scale system integration projects. Under his leadership, i2i Systems has focused on delivering cloud-native, API-first, and next-generation converged solutions that help operators accelerate digital transformation and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Ayhan is recognized for his strategic vision in next-generation telecommunications technologies, including 5G core networks, converged charging systems, and digital service innovation. He continues to drive i2i Systems’ commitment to innovation, research and development, and the delivery of scalable, future-ready solutions for the global telecom industry.
