As a seasoned ICT professional, Jesson Ni has dedicated nearly two decades to advancing the telecommunications industry. He began his career as an integrated solution engineer in Huawei, building deep expertise across multiple network and IT domains Over time, he evolved into both a trusted technology advisor and an inspiring people leader, guiding many young professionals as they grow into accomplished roles.
Throughout his career, Jesson has held roles spanning ICT integrated solution design, solution sales, marketing, and people leadership He has led and overseen major ICT infrastructure projects alongside tier one telecom operators, government entities, and multinational enterprises across China, Europe, South America and the Middle East, consistently demonstrating adaptability, cross cultural fluency, and strong leadership.
Today, Jesson serves as President of Huawei’s Middle East and Central Asia region within the Marketing and Solution Sales Department His vision accelerates growth, strengthens collaboration, and steers the company’s strategic direction across the region.
