Speaker Bio

Dinara Kozhamzharova is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and technology expert with over 17 years of experience in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and higher education in Kazakhstan. She serves as Senior Lecturer at the Information Systems Department at Satbayev University. She holds a Master's degree and is currently a PhD candidate. She has built a strong international academic profile through collaborations with institutions including UCLA, Purdue University, University of Suwon, and Warsaw University of Technology. Her leadership roles include Acting Head and Deputy Head of the Information Systems Department at the International Information Technology University, with contributions to innovation projects supported by UNICEF Kazakhstan. She has authored over 28 Scopus-indexed publications, 4 books, and 15 Web of Science publications in AI, intelligent systems, and cybersecurity. She is a Senior Member of IEEE, Certification Director of the ISACA Astana Chapter, and a board member of Women in Cybersecurity Kazakhstan, and an active contributor to the global Women in Tech movement as Senior Member of Kazakhstan Chapter. She was awarded the Global Leadership Award at the Women in Tech CCA Awards 2024, recognizing her impact on digital transformation and inclusive innovation in Kazakhstan.
