Speaker Bio

Konstantin Savin is Technology Lead at GSMA Eurasia, with more than 20 years of international experience in telecommunications, mobile technologies, and industry standardization. He works with mobile operators, regulators, and ecosystem stakeholders across Eurasia to advance technology policy, digital transformation, and next-generation mobile services, including 5G/IMT-2020, digital identity, messaging technologies, interoperability, and spectrum-related initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Konstantin worked with Huawei on telecommunications technology and ecosystem development initiatives across the region.

Earlier in his career at GSMA, he held positions ranging from Technical Consultant to Strategic Partnerships Manager, contributing to the standardization of innovative mobile services and regional industry collaboration.

Throughout his career, Konstantin has contributed to national and international standardization efforts, including ITU-T Recommendations and technical specifications of ETSI.

He holds an MBA in Telecommunications Management and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
