Enabling Seamless Device–Network Experiences at Scale with GSMA Interoperability Services

As mobile services continue to evolve across 5G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling and eSIM, operators and ecosystem players face increasing complexity in ensuring devices work seamlessly across networks. This roundtable will bring together MNOs, MVNOs, OEMs, and partners to exchange perspectives on how to simplify device–network integration, accelerate service rollout, and improve user experience at scale. 

Through an open and interactive discussion, participants will explore practical approaches to interoperability, the role of GSMA Entitlements, Interoperability Testing and Network Settings Exchange (NSX), and how industry collaboration—including initiatives such as Android Network Ready—can reduce fragmentation and operational overhead, with contributions from Google on enabling key Android connectivity features through Entitlement Server frameworks. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to share challenges, learn from regional peers, and discuss how to enable faster, more consistent deployment of mobile services across diverse device ecosystems.
