Piero is a distinguished leader with over 20 years of experience in international relations, regulatory affairs, and strategic advocacy. Currently, he serves as the President and Co-Founder of The Center for Latin American Convergence (CCLatam), a Miami-based think tank focused on connecting Latin American excellence with global opportunities. He is also a Co-Founder of Humanitas360, an incubator and investment vehicle for social entrepreneurs in Latin America.


Piero has held significant roles at the United Nations, including Deputy Representative at the UN Office on Drugs and Crime in New York and Chief of the UNODC Liaison Office in Brussels, where he developed partnerships with governments and international organizations. In his most recent position as Assistant Vice President of International External and Regulatory Affairs at AT&T/Warner Media, he successfully navigated regulatory landscapes and built strong relationships with multilateral organizations.


He holds a Master's in International Relations and has completed executive education programs at IESE Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. Fluent in multiple languages, Piero has published articles on international legal cooperation and Latin American trade policies.
