Industry Champion Award:
Honouring the leadership that propels the region forward, this award celebrates the individual or organization from across the digital ecosystem and beyond who commits his/her/its passion and resources to building a better future for all of us.
This Award is not open to submission. This discretionary award is a personal honour for the recipient who is chosen by the GSMA alone.
LATAM Social Impact Award:
Mobile innovation and connectivity have the potential to enhance the lives and digital inclusion of people in many ways: providing experiences that make life more enjoyable, informative, healthy, safe, and smart, and encouraging global and social mobility. They also uniquely empower people to forge communities with like-minded individuals, harness connectivity to raise their voices and improve the world around them.
This award recognizes the critical role organizations in the digital ecosystem can play in promoting ‘connectivity for good’. It is specifically for mobile services, initiatives, applications, solutions or products that have been developed or deployed to enhance societies or communities – for example, regarding safety, education, health, employment, or becoming active and influential contributors to society.
This award is open to all organizations (private and public) with initiatives in Latin America that involve mobile-based products, devices, services, solutions and applications.

All submissions will be carefully evaluated by an independent panel of respected judges – industry luminaries with a keen eye for innovation. This ensures a fair and rigorous process that highlights the most deserving contributors to LATAM's technological evolution.

Rules of Entry
We honour those who most cherish the concept of the digital community-of-interest and who, in their coming together, have helped to generate value for the whole industry. Essentially, the award is open to ALL players in the digital eco-system, from mobile operators and manufacturers to industry participants and suppliers from converging industries such as the financial, energy, entertainment, advertising, computing, education, automotive, health, the Internet etc. and all others (private or public) where mobile products and services are used or are being developed. All GSMA Members and Non-members.
Please note, this year, there is no entry fee.
