Registering

  • Is there a Fee for registration?
    There is no fee for M360 MENA event passes, this is a free to attend event. Invited attendees and VIPs can register using the codes provided to them.
  • Can I register on site?
    No. We no longer have registration facilities onsite, and all attendees must be registered before they arrive.
  • Can I register for more than one person?
    You can only register in full for your own pass. All attendees MUST log into their account and provide the mandatory personal information required. Attendees will be refused entry to the event if this information has not been provided, and verified before they arrive at the venue.

Can I bring a minor to the event?

Minor’s Authorization of Access Form

Thank you for your interest in bringing along a minor to M360 MENA 2023. The GSMA are committed to providing you and your minor with a safe experience at the Event.

As part of our pre-approval process to ensure that we can properly accommodate your minor at the Event please submit the following Minor’s Authorization of Access Form.

Please note the approval process can take up to 72 hours. However, we will notify you by email of the outcome as soon as possible.

Venue Access

All attendees will be required to have a Digital Badge.

ID verification may be performed on arrival at the venue perimeter if required by local authorities or the Venue.

You will need to have your badge scanned to access the event areas. To avoid long queues ahead of the opening keynote, please make sure you are prepared before arriving at the venue.

  • What is a Digital Badge?
    The Digital Badge will replace the printed badge that you would have received at previous events. It contains the same information as a badge and includes a QR code. It will be accessible from the registration system on the “Attendee Reg Home Page”.

    All attendees will need to show their Digital Badge on arrival at the Venue. This can be displayed from a smart phone device or alternatively, a Print at home PDF badge, in colour, can be shown to access the venue perimeter. GSMA and the Venue may or may not offer onsite badge printing facilities.

Visa and Travel

  • Do I require a visa to enter Saudi Arabia?
    Citizens of eligible countries can apply for an e-visa online through the Visit Saudi website. For the list of eligible countries and application form, please follow the link below.

    Visa support letters will only be issued on request to fully registered attendees.

Event Safety

At M360 MENA we are committed to maintaining appropriate health and safety measures to protect everyone on-site at our events. We will continue to monitor and update our protocols in accordance with national and local authorities.

COVID-19 Related Requirements

There is no requirement to provide a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR or antigen test certificate to enter the Kingdom.

All visitors intending to visit the Kingdom (excluding residents) must have medical insurance that covers the costs of COVID-19 treatment in outpatient clinics, emergencies and hospitals.

Face Masks

There will not be any requirements for face masks at M360 MENA. Attendees can, of course, wear face masks if they wish.
