No, M360 ASEAN is free to attend. However, if you have received a registration code, please enter it during registration to help us personalize your experience and ensure a smooth process. All attendees must register to attend. 

Yes but we advise you to subscribe with M360 ASEAN https://www.m360series.com/asean/pre-register to get notification when registration is available and register pre-event to ensure smooth entry onsite. 

Each attendee must register individually and complete their own pass. All attendees must log into their account and provide the required personal information. Entry will be refused if this information is not submitted and verified before arrival at the venue. 

You can network with other GSMA event attendees who have also opted in to networking. This includes attendees from other MWC and M360 events.  

There are also onsite networking events for attendees. Please refer to Event agenda as some networking sessions are by invitation only.  

Yes, you can opt-out at any time by disabling the networking function within the app or by logging into your registration account and accessing the networking section. 

Yes, you can block users on the app. If you block another user, they will not be able to contact you . GSMA provides a positive, harassment-free event experience for all event attendees. If you are subject to inappropriate conduct or made to feel unsafe, please email conduct@gsma.com. For more information, please see our Attendee Terms and Conditions.  

The Digital Access Pass will replace the printed badge that you would have received at previous events. It contains the same information as a badge and includes a QR code. It will be accessible on the MWC Series App and from the registration system on the “Attendee Reg Home Page”. 

All attendees will need to show their Digital Access Pass on arrival at the Venue. GSMA and the Venue may offer an onsite badge printing facility at the registration desk. 

Visa-free entry is available for the following nationalities: 

90 Days: Available to citizens of the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and holders of Hong Kong SAR passports. 

30 Days: Available to citizens of China, India, and ASEAN nations (excluding Myanmar).

M360 ASEAN is a strictly business-to-business (B2B) professional networking environment and is solely intended to allow industry professionals to conduct business and engage in commercial discussions. Therefore, individuals under 16 years of age are not permitted entry. 
 
Where possible, nursing infants accompanied by either a parent or a legal guardian may be considered in limited circumstances, at GSMA’s sole discretion, in order to support industry professionals balance work and family responsibilities.

No, the event will not be live-streamed or recorded. In-person attendance is required to access sessions, networking opportunities, and exclusive content.
