Asia is on track to become the largest AI infrastructure market outside the US, yet how value is shared across the stack, between telcos, hyperscalers, chipmakers and governments, is still being negotiated. Recent announcements such as Nvidia–Reliance, Nvidia–Indosat and KT–Microsoft hint at new partnership architectures, but the underlying economics are rarely disclosed. This session explores how telcos can move beyond wholesale connectivity to capture a more durable share of the AI value pool, through ecosystem partnerships with global AI players and Public-Private Partnerships with governments on sovereign AI, edge inference and regulated workloads.

By using their existing strengths in network governance and security, and providing visibility through transparent, verifiable practices that stakeholders and customers can see and trust, MNOs may be able to support partners including governments in ensuring responsible AI is actionable, and results in growth. This session explores how RAI can be a catalyst, not a constraint, for innovation.
