Sirko Pelzl is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur based in Hamburg, Germany, best known as the CEO and Co-Founder of apoQlar GmbH, the company behind the advanced mixed reality platform. With a background in business administration and more than two decades of experience in enterprise software, digital transformation, and XR solutions, Sirko combines deep technical insight with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Before founding apoQlar, he built and led Apollogic, where he focused on emerging technologies and solution architecture, and worked as a senior technology consultant for major European firms, gaining expertise in digital systems and integration. Under his leadership, apoQlar has secured strategic funding from leading investors and established international partnerships to expand the adoption of Holomedicine technologies in clinical and educational settings worldwide. Sirko’s vision centers on leveraging extended reality, artificial intelligence, and next-generation computing to transform how surgeons plan procedures, how clinicians visualise complex anatomy, and how training and collaboration happen across the medical community. Sirko is also active in the broader XR and healthtech ecosystem, contributing to advisory initiatives and professional networks that bridge technology, medicine, and innovation.
