Karen Wee Siew Lin is the Executive Director of Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore), a leading organisation dedicated to promoting healthy longevity and ageing in place. With four decades of community service and more than 16 years of leadership experience in the social sector, she has championed innovative, technology-enabled care solutions that empower older adults to remain healthy, independent, and socially connected.
Karen serves on various healthcare, technology, and community care advisory boards and is a passionate advocate for age-friendly communities. She believes that longevity is not simply about extending life, but about enabling individuals to age with health, dignity, purpose, and meaningful social connections.
