Dian Siswarini

Speaker Bio

Dian Siswarini is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as the President Director of Telkom Indonesia.

Previously, she served as President Director & CEO of PT XL Axiata Tbk (2015–2025), President Commissioner of PT Hypernet Indonesia (2022–2025), and Commissioner of PT Link Net Indonesia (2014–2022). Dian has also held several strategic positions at PT XL Axiata Tbk, including Group Chief of Marketing & Operation Officer (2014–2015), Director of Digital Service (2011–2014), and Director of Network Service (2007–2011).

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1991 and completed the Executive Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2013.
