Chris Li works as Product Director at GSMA Industry Services. Based in Hong Kong, where he leads industry services that support the deployment and operation of mobile technologies across the global ecosystem. His supports range of GSMA Industry Services designed to help mobile network operators and device manufacturers work more effectively together to deliver consistent, reliable connectivity and device experiences.


One of Chris’s role is bridging the gap between device manufacturers and mobile network operators by supporting standardised approaches to network configuration, feature enablement, and interoperability. 


Chris works closely with operators, device manufacturers, technology partners, regulators, and international organisations to support alignment on technical standards, operational practices, and policy considerations. He brings an ecosystem driven perspective shaped by operating neutral, industry backed services that enable collaboration, interoperability, and trust across a highly interconnected and regulated mobile environment.
