Speaker Bio

Anshul Goel is the Android Partner Engineering Lead at Google, Singapore, where he leads technical strategy, partner architecture, and ecosystem engagements for Android across Asia-Pacific.


His focus includes driving the deployment of core mobile connectivity frameworks—including eSIM standards (GSMA SGP.22 and TS.43), NTN connectivity, 5G networks, and RCS messaging infrastructure—in close collaboration with leading telecommunications operators and OEMs.


With over a decade of tech leadership across Google, Amazon, and Adobe, Anshul has led major international platform rollouts and ecosystem partnerships across North America and APAC, following early research at CERN in Geneva.


Anshul holds a Master of Engineering from Cornell University and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, with advanced studies in Machine Learning from the National University of Singapore.
