Ms Chan commencing her healthcare career as a nurse and has the working experience in both public and private hospital in Hong Kong and Mainland.
For the early 10 years her nursing specializing was in ICU care, the subsequent 30 years her development was in professional development, hospital management and new hospital commissioning. Recent 5 years is devoted in set up new set of international hospital accreditation (CIHA) standards and the development of Primary Healthcare in HK.
