Registering ⌄ ⌃
Is there a Fee for registration?
There is no fee for M360 APAC Event registration passes, this is a free to attend event. Invited attendees and VIPs will register using the code provided to them.
Can I register on site?
All attendees are required to register before arriving at the venue. We do not offer on-site registration services.
Can I register more than one person?
You can only register in full for your own pass. All attendees MUST log into their account and provide the mandatory personal information required. Attendees will be refused entry to the event if this information has not been provided, and verified before they arrive at the venue.

Networking Badge ⌄ ⌃
At the event you will be given the option to print out a badge with your name and company noted. We find that delegates find this useful at events for networking purposes.

Do I need a visa to enter South Korea?
The need for a visa to enter South Korea will depend on your nationality or country of residence. You can check the entry requirements for your country on the following website

Venue Access ⌄ ⌃
All attendees must have their digital badge. To access the event, you will be required to present your Digital Access Pass. This will be available via the MWC Series App, and through your registration account prior to the event. ID verification may be performed on arrival at the venue perimeter if required by local authorities in Seoul or the Venue. Download the Event Series App below.

What is a digital access pass? ⌄ ⌃
The Digital Access Pass will replace the printed badge that you would have received at previous events. It contains the same information as a badge and includes a QR code. It will be accessible on the MWC Series App and from the registration system from the “Attendee Reg Home Page”.
All attendees will need to show their Digital Access Pass on arrival at the Venue. GSMA and the Venue will offer an onsite badge printing facility at the registration desk,

Parking ⌄ ⌃
- Free parking tickets available at event registration desk on 1st floor during event days (1-2 October 2024)
- Hotel Valet Parking Service available at a fee of KRW 30,000/day
- As the hotel venue holds the title of ‘South Korea’s oldest and most iconic hotel’s please note that the entry to the underground car park is tight and spaces are relatively narrow)

Will the event be affected by Armed Forces Day on 1 October? ⌄ ⌃
M360 APAC will go ahead as planned on 1-2 October. While we’re aware of the recently announced national holiday, we’re looking forward to welcoming an international and local audience.
What you need to know about the parade on October 1:
Morning: No road closures planned. However, Seoul international Airport will be busy hosting the opening ceremony of the parade.
Afternoon: Expect potential traffic congestion as the parade moves through the city to Gyeongbokgung Palace by 16:00. Metro will operate as normal.
Evening: Parade due to finish by 17:00 – Day 1 of the M360 conference is scheduled to conclude at 19:00, following the Digital Nations Awards ceremony. Expect some delays if travelling on affected routes. Bars and restaurants near the Westin Josun Hotel should be unaffected.

How to participate ⌄ ⌃
To participate in the M360 Digital Nations Awards, all you need to do is to submit a “Digital Nations Building” Video, with maximum length of 3 minutes per video, for the following 3 categories (can submit one video in each category).
- Sustainability
- Digital Inclusion
- Innovation
The Digital Nations Awards are open to all GSMA Members. The deadline for video submission is 7th September 2024 and all submitted videos will be promoted on the M360 APAC website.
We will shortlist 15 videos from all the submissions and the judge team will review the videos and announce the result on 1 October 2024 at the M360 Digital Nations Awards & Networking Cocktail.

- Best demonstration of the contribution of mobile technology towards Sustainability in the advancement of digital transformation of a nation (50% of the score)
- Best narrative about the company’s products, services or programs that are being used to support Sustainability in the digital transformation of a nation (50% of the score)
2. Excellence in Digital Inclusion Video Award
- Best demonstration of the contribution of mobile technology towards Digital Inclusion in the advancement of digital transformation of a nation (50% of the score)
- Best narrative about the company’s products, services or programs that are being used to support Digital Inclusion in the digital transformation of a nation (50% of the score)
3. Excellence in Innovation Video Award
- Best demonstration of Innovation in mobile technology in the advancement of digital transformation of a nation (50% of the score)
