Session Description
As the digital economy continues to grow and become more dynamic across the Eurasia region, closer collaboration is needed to advance policies that support mobile infrastructure investment. Accelerating deployment will require enabling digital policies and modern, investment-friendly regulatory and fiscal frameworks.
This interactive roundtable will bring together governments, regulatory authorities, mobile sector executives and wider stakeholders from across the region to exchange perspectives on policy frameworks and initiatives needed to accelerate investment in mobile infrastructure. The session will offer fresh insights from new GSMA research on policy frameworks across Eurasia, alongside an open discussion on the practical actions needed to modernise regulatory frameworks.
Participants will exchange views on:
- Challenges impacting the ability of mobile industry to continue to invest in infrastructure to meet growing demands
- The policy enablers and actions necessary to build advanced mobile connectivity
- How stakeholders can collaborate and share knowledge on policy barriers and enablers
