Session Description
Digital public infrastructure is now the defining accelerator of Government 4.0. Countries across Central Asia are moving beyond portals toward interoperable, AI ready public services that enable trusted data exchange, faster licensing, and investment grade service delivery. Uzbekistan’s rapid progress such as high internet penetration, expanding e services, and a booming IT sector demonstrates how digital public infrastructure can scale real economic impact. With regional leaders showing diverse levels of digital maturity, the opportunity for both replication and leapfrogging has never been stronger. This session will outline how effective interoperability, governance models, and policy tools can unlock the next stage of digital transformation.
