Digital public infrastructure is now the defining accelerator of Government 4.0. Countries across Central Asia are moving beyond portals toward interoperable, AI ready public services that enable trusted data exchange, faster licensing, and investment grade service delivery. Uzbekistan’s rapid progress such as high internet penetration, expanding e services, and a booming IT sector demonstrates how digital public infrastructure can scale real economic impact.
