Carolina Bugaian

Carolina Bugaian is the Chief Executive Officer of Moldcell, bringing over two decades of executive experience in telecommunications, finance, and corporate governance. She joined Moldcell in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and has held senior international leadership roles, including CFO of Ncell in Nepal. Carolina holds a PhD in Economics and a Master’s degree in Global Business from Oxford Brookes University. She currently serves as President of the European Business Association and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova, and is a strong advocate for digital transformation, sustainable growth, and economic empowerment.
