Global Digital Integrity Forum (GDIF)

The Global Digital Integrity Forum convenes industry leaders, regulators, and policy experts to set a regional agenda for integrity, governance, and digital trust across Eurasia.

The event is built in two parts. Part 1 is a roundtable that frames the strategic landscape - VEON's vision, GSMA's regulatory perspective and uses live audience polling to surface where the room actually stands on contested questions like enforcement consistency, public-private partnerships, and AI integrity risks.

Part 2 is a panel discussion “Compliance and Government Relations in the Digital Age," which moves from operational realities in fintech and telecom toward broader questions of regulatory design, cross-border alignment, and the role of public-private collaboration. The panel anchors on Uzbekistan's reform trajectory — including its hosting of the 12th UNCAC Conference of States Parties in 2027 — while drawing on multi-market industry, EU regulatory, and Moldovan EU-accession perspectives.
