Speaker Bio
Zarina Zeynalova is the CEO of Azercell Telecom and Chairperson of the Supervisory Boards of Azintelecom, Aztelecom, and the “Teleradio” Production Union of Azerbaijan. She also serves as Chair of the Ethics and Evaluation Committee under the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON), bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in management and organizational development across multiple institutions.
Throughout her career spanning over two decades, Zarina Zeynalova has held senior leadership positions in multinational corporations including BP, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Pasha Group across US, UK and Azerbaijan
In her current roles, Z. Zeynalova is dedicated to driving innovation, digital transformation, and organizational excellence, reinforcing Azercell’s position as Azerbaijan’s leading mobile operator. She actively contributes to the strategic development of the country’s digital infrastructure and governance, supporting the broader advancement of the ICT sector in Azerbaijan.
Zarina Zeynalova holds a Postgraduate Diploma in People Management & Development from Nottingham Trent University, UK, and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of People Management and Development (CIPD). Additionally, she is a graduate of the Executive Management Development Program at Texas A&M University, USA, and earned a B.Sc. degree from Azerbaijan Medical University.
