Yevgeniy Nastradin is the CEO of Beeline Kazakhstan and a member of the Group Executive Committee at VEON, a Nasdaq-listed company serving nearly 160 million customers with connectivity and over 100 million monthly active users with digital services across six markets. He envisions the company’s future as a successful transformation into an IT-driven business that meaningfully improves the lives of its customers.
Under Yevgeniy’s leadership, Beeline Kazakhstan has not only been successfully implementing its “digital operator” strategy, but has also but has also ranked first among the most innovative companies in Kazakhstan. The company’s digital portfolio includes financial services, a music streaming platform, mobile TV, a cloud storage solution, and the super app Janymda.
Building on the strong capabilities of its in-house IT team, Beeline launched QazCode as a standalone company to develop digital solutions for both Beeline Kazakhstan and external clients. In the past year, QazCode contributed to the creation of Kaz-LLM, a large language model designed specifically for the Kazakh language. Beeline actively integrates AI across its products and internal operations—optimizing and automating workflows, accelerating time-to-market, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
