Mr. James Zhang joined ZTE in 2001. He has been serving as Senior Vice President of ZTE Corporation since July 2018, in charge of ZTE global marketing and solution sales as well as business with multinational telecommunications operators. From 2014 to 2018, he worked as Vice President of ZTE Corporation, responsible for marketing and solution sales in the Asia-Pacific and CIS regions. Prior to that, he successively assumed the positions of Vice President of ZTE Northern Africa, Vice President of ZTE CIS Region, and Vice President of ZTE Corporation, in charge of engineering services in the Asia-Pacific and CIS regions.
Navigating through the fields of technology research, engineering services, and marketing, Mr. James Zhang has profound experience in management and new business development in the global ICT industry. He has been dedicated to ZTE's international expansion for many years, with the company's footprint spanning over 160 countries and regions. His vision and leadership have been pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships with multinational telcos, catalyzing ZTE's surge in sales revenue and enhancing its market stance internationally.
As well as participating in and presenting keynote speeches at international industry summits and high-end forums organized by GSMA, international operators, and international industry media, Mr. James Zhang has built an established reputation and influence within well-known international media outlets and industries.
