Adam Malsagov is a seasoned leader in digital transformation, project management, and business development, currently spearheading the growth of DataVolt, a global developer and operator of AI-ready, green data centers, delivering sustainable digital infrastructure across strategic markets. He leads business development across the CIS region, driving strategic partnerships and positioning DataVolt as a leading developer of digital infrastructure powering cloud and AI connectivity worldwide.
Prior to joining DataVolt, Adam spent over a decade with Halliburton, where he held leadership roles in Well Construction Project Management in Houston and led Digital Transformation and Automation initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa. His efforts were instrumental in integrating cutting-edge digital solutions into large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, optimizing operations and enhancing service delivery.
Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and completed the Business Leadership Development Program at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. With hands-on experience across six countries, his expertise bridges the worlds of energy and digital infrastructure, contributing to sustainable, data-driven growth in emerging markets.
