Datin Dr. Masdiana Sulaiman is an innovation leader with over 27 years of experience in telecommunications and digital transformation, turning emerging technologies into scalable businesses and real-world impact. At CelcomDigi, she leads innovation across 5G, AI, XR and immersive technologies, building strategic partnerships that accelerate the transformation from Telco to TechCo.
She works closely with multiple teaching hospitals, public and private healthcare institutions, universities and technology partners to accelerate healthcare transformation. Her pioneering work includes 5G AI-powered HoloMedicine®, a multi-country live 5G surgical collaboration, and the deployment of MediRover and MediDoc remote telemedicine in rural Sarawak, extending access to healthcare in underserved and hard-to-reach communities.
She also spearheaded Metaversity, bringing immersive technologies into Malaysia’s higher education ecosystem.An international speaker across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, she champions a simple ambition: From operating theatres to remote communities, using 5G, AI and XR to make innovation scale, matter and change lives.
