Session Description

Healthcare systems worldwide are entering a defining decade. Demand is rising, workforces are under pressure, costs are escalating, and there is growing urgency to shift care into the community and toward prevention. At the same time, connectivity, AI, sensing and robotics technologies have matured to a point where genuinely intelligent, adaptive healthcare systems that improve patient outcomes are possible - if they can be deployed at scale, in real clinical environments.

The Connected Health & Community Care Accelerator (CHACCA) exists to close the gap between promise and impact. The founding members of CHACCA includes:

  • GSMA (gsma.com) – Global mobile and technology association with over 1000+ members in more than 220+ countries
  • Global Health Connector (GHC) (globalhealthconnector.com) - Global ecosystem of healthcare systems, clinical professionals, policy makers and influencers.
  • NUHS (nuhs.edu.sg) - Singapore’s leading healthcare system comprising 14 centres.

CHACCA brings leading healthcare institutions together with technology, connectivity and industry partners to co-create, and accelerate the deployment and scaling of next-generation models of care - in hospital and community settings, with measurable operational and clinical outcomes, and with global relevance from day one. CHACCA is not a research programme. It is a delivery-focused convergence accelerator that turns advanced innovation into deployable, exportable healthcare systems with advanced connectivity as a core enabler. It recognises the need for deployments to be able to address proof of value and return on investment criteria.
