As a Senior Director of Economics in GSMA Intelligence, Kalvin is responsible for economic and statistical analysis on regulation, competition, spectrum and ICT for development topics. His recent work includes assessing the economic impacts of mobile money worldwide and developing the new GSMA Digital Africa Index. Previously, Kalvin worked in the UK Government Economic Service, including three years at the UK telecoms regulator Ofcom.
