Heidi Carrubba is a Humanitarian and Resilience Adviser with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), based at the British High Commission in Islamabad. She has more than 20 years’ international experience across humanitarian response, disaster risk management, and building systems resilience, working primarily across South and Central Asia and the Middle East.
Her current work focuses on strengthening preparedness and anticipatory action, including the use of digital technologies and mobile-enabled early warnings to reach people with trusted, actionable information and help governments act before crises escalate.
