Yevgeniy Nastradin, CEO, Beeline Uzbekistan
Yevgeniy Nastradin is the Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Uzbekistan. He brings more than a decade of leadership experience within VEON. Prior to this role, Yevgeniy served as Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan for seven years, where he built a strong track record of operational excellence, revenue growth and digital expansion into financial services, entertainment, digital-first brands and sovereign AI capability development.
Prior to his CEO appointment, Yevgeniy served as Chief Commercial Officer at Beeline Kazakhstan, where he built the commercial foundation that would underpin the business's subsequent digital transformation.
